Convert value to string using DSL display format. Point/Region stay compact, two-dimensional lists render as one row list per line, and only rows that are too long or complex expand into vertical multi-line text. Large or deeply nested structured values use a bounded preview with explicit omitted/budget markers; a direct string value remains unchanged.
